In the frame of the 1st EMBRIC Transnational Access call, the Pasteur Institute is organizing a workshop to gather feedback from Users, Access Providers, User Selection Panel and Research Infrastructures that participated in the 1st Call.

The purpose of this two day symposium is to present established harmonized experimental workflows to accelerate the pace of scientific discovery and innovation from bio-resources.
Succesfull developments in the areas of proteins, secondary metabolites and carbohydrates will be showcased.

A workshop for the EMBRIC community to use ELIXIR data resources to manage and search WP 6 and 7 strain data and derived chemical data (especially through the MetaboLights system) is organized with presentations from Elixir chemical resources and use cases to define practical requirements.
